Program Planning and Development (PP&D) supports Delta Sigma Theta’s mission to “provide assistance and support” throughout the communities we serve in the greater Lansing area.  We carry out this mission by surveying the needs of the community and developing programs, activities and events to address those needs. Program Planning and Development houses the following programs, which are consistent with the regional and national agendas of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and the Five Point Programmatic Thrust:
